Love chess? Love being outside? You’ll love this group. Don’t know how to play chess, but have interest- this club will grow with you.
The goal is to foster a competitive environment that is also fun and social.I encourage games to be with a clock, but guests can choose the time control or whether a clock is used.Upon request brand new to chess players can receive a quick intro to the game. - Simply ask.Serious players are welcome to come out and work on their game solo/along side the group.I will provide a few chess boards, clocks, tactical puzzles, chess periodicals, & good vibes.Comes only with a ready mind and a quick hand.Spectators are welcome.
